Our greeting by the tour team was underwhelming, and our group felt like we were putting them out with our arrival. Bikes were not prepared, and while selecting the bikes, there was no thought to personal needs or assistance with bike seats, comfort, etc. While the guide seemed knowledgeable and excited about Malmo, a charming town, the entire experience felt rushed for our group.
