“Great time out on the water with a leisurely paddle around the area. The water was iced over in places so it was fun to "ice break" through with your kayak. You get fully suited up in dry gear which was comfortable and 100% dry. A little fika break was nice. Then once you put away your kayak, you can get naked with your group for the cold plunge and sauna. Not as scary as it sounds. The cold part. Europeans love getting naked so that was just fun. Make a friend or two, go for it!”

“Beautiful views. Greg was an incredible guide. Very friendly and took us in a perfect trail. Just enough off-trail option to feel like you were snowshoeing but a trail for the main part if you wanted a slightly easier walk. It was about 3 km long or and 200m elevation. Breaks at just the right time to catch your breath and tons of great knowledge from Greg about the flora and fauna. This is one of the best excursions of our trip so far!”

We also learned about the mining in Kiruna and Sami-culture. This trip is a must for everyone who enjoys nature!”

“Beautiful walk through forest up a hill with views along the way. No northern lights but that’s just bad luck. BUT - plan on longer than 3 hrs. Incredibly disorganized upfront. Took first snowshoe step at 20:15. Added time on end so still a nice snowshoe. Just arrived back later - trail was straight up (as far as you want) and back again. Climb not mentioned in description so it surprised people. Again, beautiful trail but more exercise than some anticipated.”

The climb is not hard when you are basically fit and Anders looks after his customers, he even lend out his isolation pants to one of our group who was not warm enough! A very educational fun trip, on top of the mountain the view is great, as long as the sky break open a bit.”
